Ordering Information
Ordering on Kamofie.com is easy! After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your Jewel Box, your Jewel Box will be displayed with all your items in it. When you are ready to complete your order you may proceed to checkout. If you are a returning customer you will be prompted to sign in, or if you are a new shopper you will be asked to enter your customer information. If you are a returning customer, you will have access to your address book and stored information once logged in.

The final step of the checkout process is to review your order, and click on the "Place Order" button.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an immediate order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with an estimated ship date and any other updates regarding your pieces. You will receive a third email when your order ships, which will include a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your delivery. You can check the status of your order by signing in to My Account or by contacting us via email or phone

Order Production Time
All of our jewelry is 100% hand-made in Los Angeles, CA. Your pieces will be customized per your specifications.

Most items are in stock and will ship within 5 business days; however, certain items such as engraved and personalized pieces, as well as rings and all of our leather bracelets in the Garden Gates collection are made to order and will require a 2-3 week production time. Once these pieces in production, they are non-cancelable and non-returnable for obvious reasons, unless broken upon receipt.

There is a 24 hr period to cancel ANY orders.

If you need your jewelry in a hurry, please contact us and we will be able to let you know if an item can ship immediately.



Payment Information
All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Please note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your Jewel Box.

In order to make purchases online at Kamofie.com you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. Your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.

All credit card transactions are confidential. Information is verified and protected by Authorize.Net, one of the industry leaders in SSL encryption.



Shipping Information
All online orders are shipped FedEx 2-Day, unless otherwise specified. Online orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, but we will be happy to make alternate shipping arrangements if you place your order by phone.

Your jewelry will come in a brown box with the Kamofie & Company logo and brown satin ribbon. If you are sending the jewelry as a gift please let us know so we can include a gift card instead of a receipt.



Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the state of California will incur an additional sales tax of 9.75%.



International Orders
To place orders that will ship internationally, please contact our customer service department at info@kamofie.com or 1-866-kamofie (1-866-526-6343).

All international orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.



Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods for an item that is of equal or greater value than the item purchased. Personalized, engraved, or other special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. If additional payment is required for your new item, we will contact you for additional payment information.

Prior to shipping your return, you must first obtain a return authorization code, please contact us with your request. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.

If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately. Any damage must be reported within two (2) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.

Our Materials
All of our jewelry is made by hand in Los Angeles, CA. Our pieces are solid, not-plated, and cast in either sterling silver, 14kt, or 18kt gold. All of our pieces are finished with a matte surface finish, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

We only use natural, fine quality gemstones, pearls, and diamonds and make every effort to obtain our diamonds from conflict-free sources. Our color-less, round-cut diamond quality is G-H in color, SI clarity, or better.



Engraving
For a special touch, engraving and personalization are available on select products. Because these customized items are made especially at your request they are non-returnable unless broken upon receipt.



Jewelry Care
We wish you many years of enjoyment with your new piece of Kamofie jewelry!
Here are a few tips to ensure longevity:

We recommend that you store your pieces in the brown Kamofie box provided with your order. Proper storage helps to prevent scratching of stones and metal. It is best to keep products away from extreme heat or moisture.

We recommend applying perfume or other sprayed substances before putting on your jewelry.

Jewelry should be removed prior to showering, exercising, and swimming.

Most of our jewelry is finished with a matte finish, which tends to polish itself over time. In order to best maintain the matte surface, use the finishing paper enclosed with your order. Use the brighter, textured side of the paper and apply in long, even strokes, taking care around stones or delicate parts.

Sterling silver jewelry will tarnish through time and wear. To clean shiny items, use a soft polishing cloth and gently rub jewelry.

Alternatively, gold or silver jewelry can be cleaned using mild soap and warm water and a brush (an old toothbrush will do) to remove any particles of dirt around the prongs or settings.

For any of our pieces set with pearls, coral or turquoise, with silk stringing or leather…they are fragile and you should consider them allergic to water!

Repairs and Sizing
We will repair any item purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized Kamofie retailer.

We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, or lost earring mates. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs may incur a charge.

Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.

* For elective repairs there is a $25 service charge plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.

*Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.

*Many rings can be sized for $30 charge. (Keep in mind that your fingers fluctuate due to many factors like water retention, etc.) Based on stones or designs, not all rings can be resized, so please contact us at 1-866-kamofie (1-866-526-6343) for more information.

*Leather straps on our Garden Gates bracelets may be replaced for a $35 replacement fee.

We do our best to accommodate repair requests, but due to the nature of our products, some components may not be available for repair of older products.

Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact us to receive a repair authorization (RPA) number. Products for repair should be shipped to the address below. Please clearly mark all packages with your RPA number; we are unable to accept unauthorized repairs and will not accept these packages.
